Mile Corrigan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Noblis, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction and overall scientific, technical, financial, and administrative operations. She previously served as Executive Vice President with enterprise-wide responsibility, and earlier as Senior Vice President of Noblis Federal Civilian Solutions, overseeing strategy, business development, and program execution for the federal civilian portfolio and the company’s digital solutions delivery. Corrigan also led the operationalization of Noblis’ Center of Digital Excellence, advancing capabilities in software engineering, modeling and simulation, user experience, visual analytics, and connected applications.
An industry-recognized software engineering leader, Corrigan specializes in agile development, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation for complex federal programs across aviation, transportation, telecommunications, health, and aerospace. She has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 and is a two-time Women in Technology award recipient. Corrigan holds an MBA from Georgetown University (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech. She serves on the boards of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and the Virginia Tech College of Engineering.
