Mads Grønfeldt serves as the Head of Research and Development at the Danish ATM specialist, Insero Air Traffic Solutions (IATS). With a degree in Computer Science, Mr. Grønfeldt has held this leadership role for over six years and has been a valued employee of IATS for more than 25 years. Drawing on extensive experience supporting ANSPs and airports in their digital transformation journeys, he is widely regarded as an expert in digital platforms and ATM-specific domains, including SWIM, Digital Towers, and ALCMS.
