Holly Apgar is Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for the Mission Networks sector at L3Harris Technologies. Part of the Space and Mission Systems (SMS) segment, Mission Networks is a proven integrator of large-scale, highly secure, and resilient mission-critical infrastructure and enterprise systems for communications, air traffic surveillance, and enterprise information management.
Apgar assumed her current position in 2026, where she establishes strategic priorities and business development initiatives that drive growth through market expansion. In this role, she focuses on expanding the portfolio and building relationships with key customers.
Previously, she served as Senior Director of Business Development and Capture Excellence for the Communications Systems segment, leading new business operations, capture excellence, proposal excellence, and tradeshow execution.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida State University. Apgar also completed The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Leadership Program, Northwestern University’s Master of Product Design and Development Management Program (mpd²) and holds a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
