Mildred Troegeler
Executive Liaison to ICAO

Mildred Troegeler is the executive liaison to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In this role, she works closely with ICAO and the International Coordinating Council of Aerospace Industries Associations (ICCAIA) on global and regional initiatives for a safer and more efficient aerospace ecosystem. Most recently, Troegeler has also served as director of Global Regulatory Strategy for Boeing’s Chief Aerospace Safety Office and as director of Global Airspace Integration for Boeing NeXt, a business division dedicated to building a safe and seamless future mobility ecosystem.
Previously, Troegeler served as the director of Technical & Regulatory Affairs for Boeing Europe. In that role, she was responsible for representing Boeing interests with all European institutions. Before Boeing, she was the technical and operations general manager at the Association of European Airlines (AEA). Troegeler also shaped space policies at the United Nations as a legal and policy advisor to the German Aerospace Center.
Troegeler holds a law degree with a specialization in economics and competition law from the University of Bonn; and a postgraduate Master of Laws in air and space law from the University of Leiden. She is a board member of the NATO Maritime Unmanned Systems Innovation Advisory Board.
