DSNA

Frédéric Guignier has held key leadership roles in air navigation service provision and regulatory oversight throughout his distinguished career. In 2004, he joined the DSNA Operations Directorate, initially as Head of the Reims ACC and later as Deputy COO.
After several years as Director of the National Supervisory Authority in the West Indies and French Guiana, he was appointed DSNA’s Director of Strategy and Resources.
In that role, he led the development and implementation of the ambitious “DSNA 2030” transformation plan. At the heart of this plan is the modernization of DSNA’s infrastructure and tools, as well as measures concerning the work organization of ATCOs and ATSEPs.
Today, as DSNA CEO, Frédéric continues to shape the future of aviation with his strategic leadership and innovative vision.
