Ivar Värk is an aviation executive and strategist, serving as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS). He has extensive experience in air traffic management, operational aviation as a professional pilot, and leading international cooperation initiatives.
Ivar focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and future-proof air navigation services, with particular emphasis on cross-border cooperation, digital transformation, and the integration of unmanned aviation into controlled airspace. Ivar is a strong advocate for collaboration between small states in the global aviation ecosystem.
Alongside his executive role, he actively contributes to the development of Estonia’s aviation sector and participates in strategic industry discussions at both national and international levels.
