Graduated in ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) in 1994, Lionel is engineer who discovered the Air Traffic Management and develop with passion solutions in this demanding area. First as software engineer for Air Traffic Control simulators and then Product Line Manager for arrival and departure sequencing tools and Tower system for the busiest airport around the world. With years as Business Development Manager within Thales, the leader of ATM, Lionel embraces the complexity of airport and airspace operations by meeting decision makers and operators with focus in Africa to propose a wide range of solutions for Air Navigation Service Providers and Air traffic Controllers in towers and ATC centers, driven by operational excellence and human capacity building.
