With more than 20 years of experience in the field of air traffic management, Frank Josten has extensive knowledge of national and international air traffic management structures. In the course of his professional career, he has worked in various functions on both a strategic and tactical level and has gained a wide range of experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of complex tasks.

His expertise extends to both the civilian and military environments. Through close civil-military cooperation with various national and international actors, Frank Josten has a strong understanding of interdisciplinary processes, safety-relevant requirements, and the special challenges of civil-military cooperation of modern air navigation service providers.
