Plectrum Engineering

Daniel Rajčan is the CTO and co-founder of Plectrum Engineering, where he leads technical direction, solution design and engineering quality across cloud engagements. He has more than 10 years of experience designing and delivering complex cloud environments across AWS and Azure.
His work is rooted in cloud architecture, migration strategy, governance and implementation of enterprise cloud platforms. Daniel combines hands-on engineering with architectural oversight, with experience across multinational projects, global architecture teams and technically demanding customer environments.
His background includes cloud landing zones, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, security standards, technical governance and architecture documentation. He has worked on projects across Europe and Asia, including regulated and operationally demanding environments where cloud architecture needs to be secure, scalable and maintainable over the long term.
At Plectrum Engineering, Daniel focuses on turning complex requirements into practical architecture and clear delivery direction, working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and partners from early assessment through implementation. He also supports technical mentoring and education through Plectrum’s internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and cooperation with the University of Žilina, helping connect practical cloud engineering experience with the next generation of engineers.
