When a City Leads: Using CCIM Technologies to Support Philadelphia’s $2 Billion Housing Initiative
Presented by Amir Kamyab-Nejad, CCIM
Philadelphia has committed roughly $2 billion to deliver 30,000 homes under the Mayor’s H.O.M.E. initiative, and has issued a modular housing factory RFI that will shape how and where much of that production occurs. This session shows how a CCIM can use CCIM Technologies to support this kind of initiative — going beyond static reports to model the intersection of housing need, workforce location, transit access, and development feasibility. The result is a practical framework any CCIM can apply to municipal RFIs and public-sector opportunities in any market.
