Biography

As the CEO and principal of numerous real estate entities, Andrew has demonstrated his ability to develop, finance, acquire, and manage real estate assets and investments. Described as a compassionate capitalist, he is a strong advocate for improved and affordable senior housing. Together with his partner, they have created LIVE WELL SENIOR COTTAGES. They have conceptualized small, self-sufficient cottages with shared courtyards, fostering natural socialization and neighborly connections. It also serves as a cost-effective alternative to traditional living options for seniors.

Notable Achievements and Skills:

1. The Amsterdam at Harborside Continuing Care Retirement Community – Ground-up Development: Andrew served as the developer for the first CCRC in Nassau County, Long Island, NY. This 500,000+ square foot building was financed through a $330 million bond offering and completed in 2011.

2. Homestead at Hamilton – Ground-up Development: Andrew acted as the Director of Development for this project, which encompassed a 230,000 square foot facility offering independent, assisted, and memory care units in Hamilton, NJ..

3. Hanover Partners, L.P. – CMBS Financing: As the Managing Member of his firm, Andrew spearheaded the acquisition, restructuring, and financing of over 80 multi-family loans totaling more than $200 million. His firm acted as the Special Servicer for the loan pool during the investment's lifespan.

4. Reitrac - Information Innovation: Andrew, as the Managing Member, played a pivotal role in creating the first database to provide real-time property level performance data for publicly traded real estate companies. After the initial launch it was acquired by Teleres.,

5. Greenstreet Wooster Opportunity Fund – Equity Fund: Andrew, as the Managing Member, established a $150 million value-add real estate opportunity fund. The fund successfully invested in various multi-family assets and the acquisition of land for the CCRC in Long Island, NY.

6. Reclaiming Kindness and Civility - Societal Contribution: Andrew co-founded a non-profit platform that promotes and empowers kindness and civility in all aspects of social behavior, both personal and professional.
