Dave has a broad skill set which includes financial analysis, loan structuring, loan origination, and underwriting of commercial real estate developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing. Dave has been an owner/investor of multifamily investment properties in southern New Hampshire since 2006, which allows him to provide first-hand problem resolution for commercial real estate deals. Dave has identified and secured equity and debt capital for commercial real estate developments throughout the Northeast and across the U.S., including mixed-use, industrial, hotel, multifamily, and assisted living developments.

Dave is on the New England CCIM Chapter Board of Directors, as well as on The CCIM Institute Board of Directors and he sits on several national committees. Dave is deeply entrenched with CCIM’s locally and throughout the country, providing a vast network of business partners.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science with a Specialization in Geology. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
