Kevin is a senior director and head of CRE capital markets research at Moody’s, responsible for research, thought leadership and strategic initiatives. He is a designated member of the Counselors of Real Estate, a member chair of the CREFC Sustainability Initiative, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors. Kevin previously led CRE and CMBS research for Moody’s Ratings and held research roles at ING Clarion and Jones Lang LaSalle. He formerly practiced as a structural engineer, designing large-scale commercial buildings in California. He holds an MS in urban economics and real estate finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
