Don Tepman is a recognized thought leader in U.S. retail real estate, with over 20 years of experience specialized in strip centers. He began his career as a broker in 2002 and closed his first investment in 2006. Since then, he raised approximately $200M in equity and has led 45 acquisitions, resulting in 31 consecutive successful exits. As Founder and Managing Partner of TownCentre Capital, Don is deeply involved in every aspect of the business. He also runs the "StripMallGuy" brand, with over 400,000 followers across platforms. He is frequently appears in major commercial real estate publications, and regularly speaks at academic institutions including Harvard, Cornell, Columbia, NYU, and Princeton. Mr. Tepman holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
