Zachary Scimeca is a Vice President of Underwriting at Locust Point Capital, where he leads senior housing and healthcare lending transactions from term sheet through closing. His work includes financial modeling, due diligence, sponsor analysis, and deal execution. Since joining the firm, he has underwritten approximately $320 million in loan commitments across nearly $1 billion in total enterprise value, spanning senior loans, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity.

Locust Point Capital is an active direct lender across the full continuum of senior housing, with growing experience in attainable, age-restricted housing. Recent projects include repositioning an assisted living facility into an active adult community, financing a cottage-style active adult development, and supporting independent living communities within integrated care campuses.

Mr. Scimeca holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School.
