Safe and controlled entry
To access their in-person event tickets for entry, your attendees download your mobile app and login with their unique credentials. Within your mobile app there will be an area for My Ticket, showing their main details and an attendee-specific QR code. This is shown to the registration desk upon arrival.
Your registration staff have a special login to your mobile app which allows them to scan the QR code, check/edit the details and then confirm their arrival.
Within the in-app check-in portal your staff can see who has arrived, who has yet to arrive and the total number of attendees who are currently at your venue.
In the Analytics dashboard you also have visibility of who attended your in-person event for post-event follow up.
