Forming Chapters from Consolidations
This session will address consolidations and the utilization of Chapters as defined by NAR. Chapter Formation is the result of a consolidation where the association retains its presence in the community but is not chartered by NAR. The formation can occur during a consolidation or after. This session will address member concerns and member dynamics before, during and after the process.
