Tiffany Claxton is the Chief Executive Officer of Spokane REALTORS®, where she drives strategic vision, operational excellence, and member value for one of the Pacific Northwest’s most dynamic REALTOR® associations. Since assuming the CEO role in 2022, Tiffany has strengthened organizational performance, fostered innovation, and expanded the association’s impact in housing advocacy and community engagement.

With more than a decade of REALTOR® association management experience, Tiffany previously served as CEO of the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® and as COO of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® in Tennessee. Her professional journey is grounded in a deep commitment to advancing the real estate profession, supporting sustainable housing solutions, and empowering REALTORS® through strong governance and thoughtful leadership.

A passionate advocate for REALTOR® political engagement, Tiffany is recognized as a Golden R Hall of Fame RPAC Major Investor, reflecting her long-standing and sustained commitment to protecting private property rights and advancing policies that strengthen communities and homeownership opportunities.

Tiffany also serves nationally as a Director on the Board of the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, where she helps guide disaster-relief and housing-stability efforts that support families and communities during times of crisis.
