Biography
Leslie J. Frazier serves as Senior Vice President of Community and Industry Relations at Virginia REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the state. She leads the Association’s community engagement and external partnership strategy, working closely with local associations and stakeholders to position REALTORS® as trusted community leaders. She also serves as the lead executive for the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Leslie has held several national leadership roles with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), including service on the Association Executive Institute Advisory Board, the Insurance Committee, and the Association Diversity Advisory Board—the latter of which she led the transition into a permanent committee. Leslie is also a huge advocate of homeownership and private property and is also a proud RPAC Major Investor.
Prior to association management, Leslie spent more than eight years in government and politics, serving in the administrations of two Virginia governors. As Assistant Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs, she advised senior leaders on policies impacting Virginia’s service members, veterans, and their families, and led legislative and budget development efforts.
Leslie holds degrees in Government and Spanish from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech. She has earned both the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential and the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
