Jenny Pakula is the Chief Executive Officer of Oregon REALTORS®, an organization she has served with distinction since 2003. Before assuming the role of CEO, Jenny held several key leadership positions including Deputy CEO and Association Legal Counsel, where she oversaw programs designed to help REALTORS® manage and reduce business risk.

In her role as CEO, Jenny provides strategic leadership and oversees all aspects of planning, organizing, and directing the association’s operations and staff functions. Her work ensures that Oregon REALTORS® continues to deliver value, advocacy, and support to its statewide membership.

A significant highlight of Jenny’s career includes her leadership in forming the Oregon REALTORS® HOME Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2004. Under her guidance, the Foundation has distributed more than $2 million to nonprofit organizations dedicated to affordable housing across Oregon.

Jenny has also been an active leader at the national level. She has served the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) on numerous committees, including the Professional Standards Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, the Legal Action Committee, and as Chair of the Association Executives Institute.
