Laura Crowther has been the CEO of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORSⓇ (CCAR) for more than 15 years. Under Laura’s leadership, the association’s scope, scale, and level of professional content has been greatly expanded. CCAR is now the second-largest local Realtor® association in South Carolina and is a model for other associations across the state and the country. During her tenure, CCAR has grown to more than 5,000 members and is now the Grand Strand’s largest trade organization.

The association’s representation of the real estate industry along the Grand Strand has never been stronger than under Laura’s leadership. Members are constantly updated on the regulations and current events impacting the industry and are given a voice via the association’s presence on area boards. She has been instrumental in attracting an impressive and dedicated Board of Directors to increase the visibility of CCAR and the real estate community.

Before joining CCAR, Laura served as the Senior Vice President of the South Carolina REALTORS® Association in Columbia and was with Century 21 Richardson Realty in Florence, S.C. for 12 years.
