Lori Levy is the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Texas REALTORS®, having served in this role over 14 years. She oversees all legal aspects of the association and the association’s political action committees and foundations. Lori supervises a staff of nine attorneys as well as the Professional Standards and Association and Member Development departments. She oversees enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, directs educational and communication content, supervises all litigation affecting the association, and manages the association’s legal defense fund and the Legal Hotline.

Lori joined Texas REALTORS® staff in 2006 as the legislative attorney and manager for the association’s regulatory affairs.
