Diane has been active in the real estate industry for 43 years and is also the owner and director of the Shore Real Estate Academy.  She holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), e-Pro®, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

Diane has been an active volunteer at all levels of the REALTOR® organization and she has either served as chair or been a member of a variety of state and local association committees, including Grievance, Professional Standards, Risk Management/License Law, Presidential Advisory Group on Agency, and the Real Estate Commission’s Agency Task Force.   She has served on the NAR Professional Standards Committee since 1996 and also the Interpretations and Procedures Advisory board for the past 20 years. She has chaired both committees twice.   She has a passion for teaching and it shows!   Due to her extensive knowledge, she has launched a successful career as a real estate instructor and lecturer and has presented numerous educational programs for the National Association of REALTORS® and various local and state associations across the country.
