Emily Line is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Engagement at Realtors Property Resource® (RPR), a wholly owned subsidiary of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). She leads Member Experience (UX), Broker Services, Industry Relations (Associations and MLSs), and Commercial Services, driving user-centered strategy, product innovation, and business growth across the real estate ecosystem.

With 19 years in the NAR family, Emily began her career managing commercial outreach. In 2012, Emily joined the RPR team to help build its commercial application from the ground up. Her passion for data-driven insights drives her work with REALTOR® Associations, Brokerages and technology partners to ensure technology solutions align with user and stakeholder needs.

Emily has also served on the Board of Advisors for CommissionTrac, a cloud-based commission tracking tool, guiding it from launch through its acquisition by Yardi. Additionally, she mentors startups through TechStars and NAR REACH, helping emerging companies thrive in the real estate industry.

While in graduate school at the University of Michigan, Emily interned for the late, great New York Times Best Selling author Greg Harden, who mentored her for 24 years until his passing in 2024. Greg, known for guiding legends like Tom Brady, Michael Phelps, and Desmond Howard, made a profound impact on Emily’s life and career. She is featured alongside Tom, Michael, and Desmond in Greg's book Stay Sane in an Insane World: How to Control the Controllables and Thrive.

Outside of work, Emily is dedicated to serving on the Board of Directors for Special Days Camp, the second longest-running pediatric oncology camp in the world. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Albion College and a Master’s from the University of Michigan. A proud third-generation University of Michigan alum, Emily relocated from Southern California back to her home state of Michigan to be closer to family and make it easier to cheer on her beloved Maize and Blue teams in Ann Arbor!
