Meighan Harris is the CEO of Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS in Southwest Florida, where she has served since 2014, leading a medium-sized association that owns its MLS and is a repeat RPAC Triple Crown and Platinum Global Achievement Association. She also oversees the BER Home Foundation, the association’s nonprofit arm. A recognized industry leader, Meighan is a SWFL Business Observer 40 Under 40 honoree, past Chair of the Florida REALTORS® AE Council & Education Foundation, and has served on numerous Florida REALTORS® and NAR committees as well as local chamber on non-profit boards. Her thought leadership has been featured in multiple published articles in AExperience magazine. Outside the association world, she is deeply committed to service, volunteering with Who We Play For to provide life-saving EKG screenings for students and participating in Habitat for Humanity builds.
