Gentry Thiesen (she/her) is a strategic and mission-driven leader with a focus on housing policy, community development, and civic engagement. As Government Affairs Director for the Realtors of South Central Kansas, Gentry leads advocacy efforts that promote housing affordability, increase housing supply, and strengthen the voice of real estate professionals in public policy conversations. Known for building trusted relationships with elected officials and community partners, she brings people together to address complex local challenges through practical, values-based solutions.

In addition to policy work, Gentry has designed and facilitated innovative events and workshops that connect national thought leaders with local stakeholders, helping to spark dialogue and drive action on issues like zoning reform, incremental development, and equitable growth.
