Emily Green is a 30-year real estate professional based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis–St. Paul, where she has guided hundreds of residential transactions across changing markets and economic cycles. Known for her depth of market knowledge and practical, boots-on-the-ground perspective, Emily specializes in first-time buyers, move-up clients, and housing transitions that require both strategy and empathy. 

Emily served as the 2024 President of Minnesota Realtors® and previously as the 2014 President of the Minneapolis Area Realtors®, giving her experience at both the local and state association levels. Throughout her leadership service, she worked closely with association executives, volunteer leaders, and policymakers to advance member engagement, professional standards, housing access, and industry advocacy. She regularly meets with legislators and community leaders to address housing policy, affordability, and regulatory issues impacting real estate professionals and consumers.
