Biography
Nykea Pippion McGriff is a nationally recognized real estate leader known as the “deal doctor” for her ability to close deals and inspire others. With over two decades of experience—including leadership roles at a major enterprise brand and as Regional VP in Dallas-Fort Worth—she now serves as Vice President of Broker Engagement at the National Association of REALTORS®. In this role, she leads strategic outreach to brokerage firms under the $2 billion settlement threshold, helping them maximize value through NAR initiatives. Nykea has held numerous leadership roles, including 2017 President of Women’s Council Chicago, 2019 President of Women’s Council Illinois, and the first African American female president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® in 2021. She was named CAR Realtor of the Year in 2022 and is the founder of the Xavier O. Joy Scholarship, honoring her late son.
