Lisa Marshall, RCE, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) and the South Central Wisconsin MLS (SCWMLS), as well as the Central Wisconsin Board of REALTORS® (CWBR) and Central Wisconsin MLS (CWMLS). In this role, she leads multiple associations and MLS organizations serving thousands of real estate professionals across Wisconsin.

With a career rooted in association leadership, strategic growth, and member engagement, Lisa brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to governance, operations, and industry change. Prior to her current role, she served as CEO of CWBR/CWMLS and held national leadership positions with the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), including Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Engagement.

Lisa holds an MBA from Columbia College of Missouri and earned the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation, recognizing her expertise in association management, human resources, finance, and leadership. She is known for championing innovation, inclusivity, and professional development, and for helping associations navigate change while keeping members at the center of decision-making.
