Seth Conover is the Communications Director at Minnesota Realtors®, with experience across every seat in the communications function at the association—from content creation to strategy and leadership. With 3+ years in the real estate industry and a decade of experience as a creative marketer, he blends hands-on execution with big-picture thinking.

At Minnesota Realtors®, Seth leads integrated communications and marketing strategy, drives media relations, and helps the association evolve alongside its members.

Known as a connector and listener, Seth works cross-functionally to deliver member-focused messaging that meets stakeholders where they are. For Seth, “buy-in” is just business speak for trust—and trust is the foundation of effective organizational communication; trust leads to alignment which leads to growth.

He was appointed to serve on the National Association of Realtors® Member Communications Committee in 2026 and previously contributed to NAR’s 2025 AEC/AE Communications Work Group focused on strengthening key member communication channels.
