As the Chief Executive Officer of the Lake of the Ozarks Board of REALTORS® (LOBR) since 2021, David has been at the forefront of revitalizing the association’s culture and pride as well as modernizing the association’s operations and enhancing its value to members. Under his leadership, LOBR has adopted new technologies, improved member engagement strategies, enhanced educational structure with the addition of LOBR School of Real Estate, and streamlined processes and policies to align seamlessly with the standards of the National Association of REALTORS®. 

David’s leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his diverse professional background. Prior to his role at LOBR, he served as the Business Manager for a 3,500-member masonic organization including extensive property management, where he managed daily operations, financial planning, and member engagement. This experience honed his ability to balance tradition with modern management practices, a skill that has translated seamlessly into his current role. His work with the Masonic organization underscores his commitment to community service and his passion for fostering meaningful connections. 

In addition to his association management experience, David’s career includes corporate leadership roles in proprietary education institutions, where he successfully directed teams, improved operational efficiency, and drove enrollment growth. His expertise in this sector highlights his ability to navigate complex organizational structures while maintaining a focus on innovation and achieving measurable results. 

David’s professional journey is complemented by his dedication to continuous learning. With extensive experience in operations management, education, marketing, and member organizations, he has cultivated a dynamic skill set that enables him to adapt to the evolving needs of any organization.
