Kristen Mosley has been at with Tennessee REALTORS® for more than 6 years. Her role at the organization progressed from Executive Assistant to Educational Director and now Chief Operating Officer. She oversees Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation (TREEF) and coordinates a comprehensive slate of educational opportunities for members and continuing education offered at Tennessee REALTORS® events. Additionally, she manages the A.R.E.A. Leadership Academy. She has led multiple RRF initiatives for the state of TN during many natural disasters. She plays a key role in ensuring Tennessee REALTORS® provides high-quality education and leadership development, day to day operations, and works closely with the 20 Local Association Executives to create a cohesive and collaborative culture within Tennessee.
