Rebecca Grossman is the CEO of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, serving more than 9,000 REALTORS® and affiliates across Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree, Arizona. She relocated to Scottsdale with her family in October 2011 from Gloucester, Virginia, where she served for 17 years as CEO of the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS®.

Rebecca holds the RCE (REALTOR® Certified Executive) designation and has demonstrated distinguished leadership at the national level. She served as Chair of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Association Executives Institute in 2011 and as Chair of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Association Executive Committee in 2018. In recognition of her outstanding service and leadership, she received the 2025 NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® William R. Magel Award of Excellence.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rebecca is deeply engaged in the Scottsdale community. She serves as a Director of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, Experience Scottsdale, and the Perimeter Center Owners Association. She also volunteers with Wild at Heart Raptor Rescue in Cave Creek and is a proud graduate of Scottsdale Leadership, Class 27.

Rebecca resides in Scottsdale with her husband, Frank, and their dog, Bucky.
