Amanda Creel, CAE, RCE, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) and its MLS, serving more than 4,600 members and subscribers. She leads the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and member services, with a strong focus on MLS innovation, governance, and delivering value in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape. 

With a career spanning five REALTOR® associations and MLSs, Amanda brings extensive experience in MLS operations, data strategy, and organizational leadership. She has led initiatives focused on system enhancements, data integration, compliance, and creating tools and services that better support brokers, agents, and consumers. 

Amanda is actively engaged at the national level and is passionate about leadership development and helping associations and MLSs navigate change with clarity and purpose. She is also a dedicated advocate for the industry through her involvement in RPAC, where she is a Major Investor, Hall of Fame member, and part of the President’s Circle.
