Gabe Walsh serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR), a leading professional organization representing real estate professionals in the Twin Cities region. SPAAR has nearly 7500 REALTOR Members that live and work throughout its 12-county service area.  He assumed the role in 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to advancing the REALTOR® profession. 

In addition to his executive leadership, Walsh serves on the Board of Directors at Associations North. He has also held roles on the Minnesota REALTORS Board of Directors, including serving as Chair of the Minnesota Associations Executive Committee in 2024. He also contributes nationally as Immediate Past Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® AEC Volunteer Leadership Advisory Board. He also served as CEO of the Lake Superior Area REALTORS® in Duluth, and as General Counsel for the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, providing legal guidance and policy support to the organization and training and guidance to the State's brokerage community. Before entering the REALTOR® association industry, he practiced law at a private law firm in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Walsh and his spouse, Logan, relocated to the Twin Cities as he began his leadership role at SPAAR. Through his experience in law, association leadership, and industry governance, Walsh supports REALTORS® and advances the profession across the real estate community.
