Since joining Stellar MLS in 2005, Fairley has worked across several departments— support, membership, education, compliance—gaining unmatched industry insight and rising to Chief Operations Officer in 2017.  As CEO, Fairley has shaped Stellar MLS into one of the nation’s leading MLSs. He has strengthened operations, enhanced customer experience, and championed innovation. His leadership drove the creation of Stellar Central, a breakthrough platform that simplifies MLS tools and resources for brokers and agents. In 2024, he expanded Stellar’s impact globally with the creation of UCO, advancing MLS best practices across the globe.
