Tina has been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years, starting out as office admin for a brokerage and then going to the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS® and Southern Oregon MLS where she has been since late 2000. She became the CEO in 2011 and was a principal part of the formation of Oregon Data Share, a wholesale regional MLS that SOMLS and two neighboring MLS's founded together in 2020. She is committed to lifelong learning - she received her RCE in 2013, her CAE in 2022, and plans to finish her CMLX2 this year. On a personal note, she is a country girl at heart and in her limited spare time you usually will find her working in her garden (a.k.a. dirt therapy).
