Please note that the conference registration desk on Thursday, May 21 will be in the Franklin Ballroom foyer on the second floor of the Hyatt Regency.

Badges are required to attend all meetings and special activities and help attendees identify and connect with one another.

All attendees should have received an e-mail, instructing them to download the “OHA Events” app.

• Open the App, click on “My Badge.”
• Scan QR code to obtain badge at one of our two registration areas.

Badge pickup is available during registration desk hours listed under “Registration Hours and Location”.

Overnight Parking (Hyatt Guests):

  • Chestnut Street Garage (44 E. Chestnut St., 43215) – parking may be charged to your room

  • Hyatt Underground Garage (52 E. Nationwide Blvd., 43215)


Event Parking:

  • A $25/day rate is available at the surface lot on the east side of the hotel (80 E. Nationwide Blvd., 43215)

To view their exhibitor profile:

1. Tap the Exhibitors & Sponsors icon.
2. Browse or search the alphabetical list.

In the app you save a favorite exhibitor by tapping the bookmark icon next to their name.

Access your saved exhibitors anytime by selecting My Favorites from the side navigation menu from the app.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the event.

You can login to the HyattEvents network using the password OHA2026.

If your device appears connected but internet access is not working:

  • Open a webpage to prompt reconnection

  • If needed, re-enter the network name and password

Power stations are available in the Exhibit Hall (Delaware Ballroom).

These stations provide power strips only—please bring your own charging cables.

Security will be on-site Monday and Tuesday evenings to monitor exhibit areas.

Please note that this year’s conference venue is publicly accessible. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to secure valuables and avoid leaving items unattended.

The Hyatt Regency provides 24-hour security. If you would like an escort to your car or between locations, please request assistance at the hotel front desk.

Filter Schedule

Filter Schedule By Topic Track

1. Tap the Schedule icon.
2. Select the day at the top of the screen you would like to filter.
3. Tap “Filter” in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Select the track(s) you want to see, and a check mark appears next to each one.
5. Tap “Done” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Tap “Clear” when you are done to reset the schedule back to the full list.


Filter Schedule By Start Time

1. Tap the Schedule icon.
2. Select the day at the top of the screen you would like to filter.
3. Tap “Filter” in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Select the Start Time(s) you want to see, and a check mark appears next to each one.
5. Tap “Done” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Tap “Clear” when you are done to reset the schedule back to the full list.


Filter Schedule By CE Credits Available

1. Tap the Schedule icon.
2. Select the day at the top of the screen for the day you would like to filter.
3. Tap “Filter” in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Select the CE credit(s) you want to see, and a check mark appears.
5. Tap “Done” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Tap “Clear” when you are done to reset the schedule back to the full list.

1. Tap the Speakers icon.
2. Tap the name of a speaker from the list to see their profile.

Want to save a favorite speaker? Tap the bookmark icon next to the Speakers name.

To view the list of favorited Speakers, select “My Favorites” from the side navigation menu.

Hide your Profile:

Access your profile settings:

1. Tap the profile picture on the top right of the screen.
2. Then select “My profile”.
3. From here, make sure the slider next to ‘Hide My Identity’ is switched on. Fellow attendees will no longer be able to find you on the list at all.

Each area of the app has a dedicated search bar to help you filter for the content you are looking for.

Sending a Message:

1. Tap on the Attendees icon.
2. Find the person you would like to message and tap on their name.
3. In their profile, tap the “Send message” button.
4. Write your message, then tap Send.


Checking Your Messages:

To check if you have any messages, tap “My Messages” from the side nav.

To log out from this event and go back to the “Find an Event” page

1. Tap the profile picture on the top right of the screen.
2. Tap “Logout”.
3. In the “Exit From Event” pop-up message, tap “Yes”.
4. You will be logged out of the current event and redirected. You can now tap “Find an Event” to log in to a different event.

You can take notes on sessions, speakers, other attendees, exhibitors and sponsors directly in the app. To do this:

1. Tap the profile picture on the top right of the screen.
2. Tap “Add Notes.”
3. You will be taken to a list of your notes.
4. Tap the “Add Notes” button at the bottom of the page to create a new note. Add a title and a description to your note and press save.
5. Tap on any of your notes from the list of notes to view and/or edit the note.
6. Tap on the trash can icon next to a note to delete a note.
7. You can tap the “Download Notes” button to download a PDF containing all your notes directly to your device.

Once you’re logged in to the app, you can update your mobile profile. To update your information:

1. Tap the profile picture on the top right of the screen.
2. Then select “My profile”. 
3. From here, you can include a photo of yourself and edit your profile information.

Already see information filled in? That’s what OHA’s registration record shows. Feel free to update it if something changed.

Tap the Schedule icon to see the full event schedule with session times, descriptions, speakers and where they’re happening.

Tap the bookmark sign next to the time and date of the session to add it to your schedule to create a personalized agenda.

Tap My Schedule from any view within the schedule to access your agenda for that day or see what you’re up to tomorrow.

You can select each day at the top of the screen.

Want to add your event schedule to your device’s calendar?

– Tap the download icon at the bottom right of the screen. A pop up will allow you to select “Download as a PDF”.
– Tap “add to your Calendar” to add events to your phone calendar.

How CE Credits Work

Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for 70+ educational sessions at the 111th OHA Annual Meeting & Education Summit.

CE credits are awarded only for sessions you attend. To receive your CE certificate(s), you must complete a session evaluation for each eligible session. Completion of an evaluation is required to earn CE credit.

To complete a session evaluation:

  1. After attending a session, access the event app.
  2. Navigate to the session within the schedule.
  3. Scroll to the session description.
  4. Click the link for “Session Survey” located below the description and complete the evaluation.

Please refer to the individual session listings in the app to view the specific CE credits offered.  CE certificates will be distributed in mid-July.
