However, they tend to be clinically focused, or accessible through a course, conference, or academic program assigned/registered by participants or managers. Relationship Based Leadership (RBL) is a voluntary, structured, self-directed accountability group that empowers participants to develop relationship centered leadership skills with their colleagues.
