Cheryl is a dynamic healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, educational innovation, and interprofessional collaboration across complex healthcare systems. As Director of Simulation and Outreach Education at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, she leads a nationally recognized program advancing high-impact simulation, workforce preparedness, and human-centered education. She serves in multiple leadership roles within the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), including the Risk Management Council and Certification Committee, and was recognized as the 2025 SSH Director of the Year.
