Chris is a Registered Nurse and Simulation Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where they lead innovative, evidence-based simulation training to enhance clinical education and improve patient outcomes. Chris combines a strong clinical background with a passion for experiential learning, helping healthcare professionals refine critical thinking, teamwork, and patient care response skills in a safe and realistic environment. Chris collaborates with interprofessional teams to design and implement simulation-based interventions aimed at reducing infection rates. Through this collective effort, the team has successfully helped lower CAUTI occurrences across the organization by improving adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
