Dr. Donn Marciniak’s experience in cardiac anesthesiology and surgical critical care prepared him to lead the Enterprise Resuscitation group to standardize and improve resuscitation care across facilities in Florida and Ohio. As Chair of Enterprise Resuscitation, he guided the creation and management of a robust data registry that is used by their hospitals to assess team performance and create process improvements.
