Jason has been a director of pharmacy and hospital Chief Operating Officer for many years and has already helped a wide range of hospitals with margin improvement projects as a consultant. Having worked for hospitals for over 20 years, he still looks at projects through the lens of what a hospital leadership team will need. Jason has led productivity and labor engagements in a variety of hospital settings and has had the opportunity to see both strengths and opportunities in a variety of hospital settings. Before my COO role, he was a pharmacy leader and had started a specialty pharmacy for a large health system and have recently been helping other organizations start retail and specialty pharmacy service lines as a creative way to generate new hospital revenue.
