Lindsay is a Senior Consultant with nearly two decades of experience in health care revenue cycle, operations, and consulting, including more than 10 years in senior leadership roles. Throughout her career, Lindsay has directed strategic and operational initiatives for a large academic medical center and multidisciplinary ambulatory care facility, managed a multimillion budget and multibillion gross revenue streams. Her expertise spans the entire revenue cycle, with specialized knowledge in revenue integrity, charge description management, pricing strategy, and health information management.
