Amy provides federal, state, and local tax compliance and consulting services, with a specialized focus on the taxation of exempt organizations. She works with healthcare, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities, ranging from single-location providers to complex multi-entity systems across the country. Amy assists clients with tax-planning strategies, accounting methods, and navigating complex technical issues. She also serves in her firm’s National Tax Office, where she regularly advises on Form 990, mergers and acquisitions, not-for-profit and for-profit transactions, restructuring, and emerging trends in exempt organization taxation.
