Ross worked in a leadership role at the busiest Cardiology and Heart Surgery program in the world. In that role, he successfully promoted best practices in medical and nursing care models and was instrumental in the development of many clinical pathways, protocols, and procedures. Throughout his consulting career, he has worked in both community hospital settings and large tertiary medical centers.
