Tom brings over three decades of dedicated experience in recruitment and leadership within the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Jackson Physician Search as the Vice President of Executive Search in 2023, Rossi served as National Vice President of Physician Recruitment for HCA Healthcare for 20+ years. Steering the strategic growth and development of a team that expanded to 130 members nationwide, his team facilitated the placement of nearly 2,000 physicians, physician leaders, and advanced practice providers annually. Tom’s expertise in physician and provider recruitment spanned various practice types, encompassing employed practices, affiliated practices, and partner practices. His deep understanding of the hospital medical staff landscape, urgent care settings, Graduate Medical Education (GME) sphere, and hospital-based environments was instrumental in aligning recruitment strategies with the health system’s diverse healthcare needs.
