Robert is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Summa Health System. Mr. Gerberry joined Summa in 2002 as an associate general counsel and has provided guidance on all aspects of healthcare law with a focus on regulatory matters and strategic and transactional projects, including mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and physician alignment initiatives. In addition to his work at Summa, he serves as Vice Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) In-House Counsel Practice Group, is the past President and a current member of the Ohio Hospital Association Council of Attorneys and has served on the Cleveland Bar Healthcare Committee.
