Luke has represented several academic medical centers and integrated delivery systems throughout his career. Luke has worked with UH since 2008. Luke leads the Academic Medicine Operations Practice Group in the UH Law Department and oversees a team of attorneys providing legal services to support UH’s academic medical centers, faculty plan physicians, resident physicians and major academic affiliations. Luke also serves as lead counsel to UH in support of market acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, managed care/payor relationships, corporate governance and other transactional matters.

Luke is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, has served on the Executive Council of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Health Care Law Section, and taught Health Law as an adjunct professor in graduate and law schools. Luke was recognized as the Rising Star Award Winner among General and In-House Counsel by Crain’s Cleveland Business. Luke serves as Past Chair of the Board and on several committees for the Goodwill of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio.
