Kelly is a health care Risk Management leader with expertise in the investigation, management, and prevention of sexual misconduct in clinical settings. She currently serves as Manager of Risk Management for a large, multi-specialty physician group, where she leads high-sensitivity investigations and partners closely with legal, human resources, and clinical leadership to ensure timely and fair outcomes. With a clinical background as an Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery nurse and experience as a clinical educator, Kelly brings a unique dual perspective that strengthens organizational safeguards through chaperone program development, staff education, and prevention strategies, advancing patient dignity and safety along with a reduction of professional liability and institutional risk.
